M. Ayman Ghraowi, M.D.

Dr. Ghraowi, the founder of South Texas Institute of Cancer (now South Texas Comprehensive Cancer Centers) and Calallen location, received his medical degree from Damascus University and completed his medical training in England receiving a DTCD degree from Cardiff University in Wales, U.K. He completed his fellowship from Columbia University, N.Y., under Dr. Harvey Weiss. Dr. Ghraowi has a special interest in thrombosis and bleeding disorders.

Lalitha M. Janaki, M.D., F.A.C.R

Dr. Janaki received her medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. She completed her radiation oncology residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Ill and joined the United States Armed Forces. Before moving to Corpus Christi, Dr. Janaki was Asst. Chief of Radiation Oncology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. She was a Colonel in the Army and was called to active duty in 1991 for Operation Desert Storm. Dr. Janaki served as president of the Nueces County Medical Society in 2005. She was awarded Fellow of College of Radiology in 2009.
